All Cakeface by Caro makeup services include complimentary lashes.

A  50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit is required when booking occasional & photoshoot studio sessions.

Bridal trials require full payment at the time of booking & are non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable in the case of cancellations.

Mobile bookings are available for groups of 3+ at an additional travel fee (minimum call-out fee of $100) subject to location or can be held at my studio.

Booking Deposits:

All bookings

(except bridal trials, NYE GLAM, group bookings, classes & early bookings which are paid in full) 

require a 50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit to secure your booking.

All deposits are with Cakeface by Caro herself. Deposits are not transferable with other artists.

Cancellations:

​

In the case of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable.

One-time reschedules are accepted if the reschedule is made within 48hr, anything AFTER/POST this period will be marked as a cancellation.​

Bridal & Group Bookings Cancellation Policy:

​

All Bridal bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking & date.

Deposits non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable in the case of a cancellations.

All group bookings require full payment at the time of bookings, in the case of cancellations, 50% will be kept as a non refundable, non transferable, non negotiable deposit & the remaining will be refunded.
