BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

All Cakeface by Caro makeup services include complimentary lashes.
A  50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit is required when booking studio sessions.

Bridal trials require full payment at the time of booking & are non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable in the case of cancellations.

Mobile bookings are available for groups of 3+ at an additional travel fee (minimum call-out fee of $100) subject to location or can be held at my studio.

Booking Deposits:

 

All bookings

(except bridal trials, which are paid in full) 

require a 50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellations:

​

In the case of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable.

One-time reschedules are accepted if the reschedule is made within 48hr, anything AFTER/POST this period will be marked as a cancellation.

In the case of a cancellation due to COVID-19 (lockdowns, restrictions & covid positive tests), your deposit will be CREDITED  to you, please note credits are strictly non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable.

Bridal & Group Bookings Cancellation Policy:

​

All Bridal & Group bookings require upfront payment at the time of booking.

50% will be kept as a non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable deposit in the case of a cancellation and the other 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to you or credited at your choice.
