All Cakeface by Caro makeup services include complimentary lashes.

A  50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit is required when booking online in studio services.

Pre wedding event bookings require full payment at the time of booking, in the case of cancellations prior to 48hrs a 50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit will be kept & the remaining difference will be issued as a credit.

Bridal trial bookings require full payment at the time of booking & are non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable in the case of cancellations.

Mobile bookings are available for groups of 3+ at an additional travel fee (minimum call-out fee of $150) subject to location or can be held at my studio.

For mobile bookings held in hotels parking will be charged to the room.

Booking Deposits:

All online bookings

(except bridal trials, Pre Wedding Events Glam, NYE GLAM, group bookings, classes & early bookings which are paid in full) 

require a 50% non-refundable, non-negotiable & non-transferable deposit to secure your booking.

All deposits are with Cakeface by Caro herself. Deposits are not transferable with other artists.

Cancellations:

​

In the case of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable.

One-time reschedules are accepted if the reschedule is made prior to 48hrs from your booking, anything AFTER/POST this period will be marked as a cancellation.​

Bridal & Group Bookings Cancellation Policy:

​

All Bridal bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking & date.

Deposits non-refundable/non-negotiable/non-transferable in the case of a cancellations.

​

All group bookings require full payment at the time of bookings, in the case of cancellations, 50% will be kept as a non refundable, non transferable, non negotiable deposit & the remaining will be refunded or credited, whichever the client chooses.
